Rental policies - Blummier

1- Eligibility

Rentals are exclusively available to industry professionals only. Please contact us enquiring the pieces you are interested in renting and for what projects they are for.

 

2- Rental Period

. Our minimum rental period is of 4 days, including shipping time. (Pieces can also be returned in person to our showroom in East London).

. Items must be returned by the agreed-upon return date to avoid late fees.

 

3- Rental Fees & Security Deposit

. Rental Fess vary by the item and are due in full before dispatch.

. A refundable security deposit (typically 50-100% of the item value) is requires for all rentals.

. The deposit will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the item is returned in original condition.


4- Shipping & Returns

. We will send you a return shipping label using a tracked and insured service for both our protection. Renters also have the option to return the items in person at our showroom in East London upon arranged request.

. All items must be returned in the original packaging provided to ensure there will be no damages done on the garment  during transit.

. Late returns are subject to a daily late fee. Failure to return may result in full replacement charges.


5- Care & condition

. Items must be treated with extreme care.

. Do not alter or tailor items.

. Damage beyond normal wear (exterior and internal stains/marks, tears, missing buttons, broken corset bones, broken zipper, missing accessories of the piece rented, tags removed, visible scratches) will result in full or partial loss of the deposit.


6- Cancellations & Changes

. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date for a full refund.

. Changes to rental dates or items are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


7- Liability

Once in your possession, the item is your responsibility. Blummier is not liable for loss, theft or damage during rental period.
