At Blummier, we take great care in curating authentic, pre-loved designer items. Each piece is carefully described and photographed to reflect its condition and details. Because our inventory consists of second-hand and vintage items, please note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
Condition and Description
All items are second-hand and may exhibit minor signs of wear consistent with their age and use. We do our best to provide accurate measurements, detailed descriptions, and clear photographs of any notable flaws. Please carefully review the images, product descriptions, and measurements before purchasing.

Returns Due to Undisclosed Flaws
If an item has a significant flaw not disclosed or shown in the description or photos, buyers have 2 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us at hello@blummier.com with:
• A detailed explanation of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the flaw in question
To be eligible for a refund:
• The item must be returned in the original packaging it was sent in, to ensure safe return transit
• All original tags or accessories must remain attached
• The item must be in unworn and unaltered condition
Once received, the item will be inspected. If it is verified that it was not worn and is in the same condition as sold, you will be offered:
• A refund via bank transfer, or
• A store credit (your choice)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an undisclosed flaw.

Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold through Blummier are authenticated to the best of our ability. In the rare event that an item sold is proven to be inauthentic, we offer a full money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
1. The buyer must provide a certificate of inauthenticity from a reputable third-party authentication service.
2. We will conduct our own review, including seeking third-party verification to confirm the claim.
3. The item must be returned to us in its original condition.
If the item is deemed inauthentic after review, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued to the buyer.

• We do not accept returns for reasons related to size, fit, or buyer’s change of mind. Please refer to the provided measurements.
• We do not accept returns after the 2-day window unless due to proven inauthenticity.
• Items returned outside the conditions above may not be eligible for a refund.
